WHALE HUMPBACK Jade Cast Marble

This sculpture portrays the humpback whale as it ‘spy hops’, as they sometimes raise their heads from the water to have a look around at another universe, or perhaps just an aborted breach where they try to propel themselves as high as they can.  It lends itself to a marble sculpture and is quite effective.  The piece is substantial, won’t be knocked over short of a bulldozer, but yet will still handle being supported by a coffee table.
