SEA LION CASUAL BRONZE Hot Cast

This has to be one of Foot’s best pieces, judging by the number of times he is photographed and all the attention he gets.  Yet another one that was commissioned by the Singapore Port Authority, the idea for this one actually came from the Singapore Zoo.  At that time they had a sea lion who could stand up on his hind legs and do a Michael Jackson dance across the stage.  He was hilarious, and the sculpture that was so inspired also has that same air of comedy about him.  He is designed to lean against any wall or pillar, and is secured by hidden bolts in the flippers.
