HANDS FRIENDSHIP Jade Cast Marble

The Hands Friendship was the only time Foot has used gray Carrara marble for an original (pictured alternate image). It is fine grained and takes a high polish, and sculptors have cherished it for centuries.  The piece was modeled on Foot’s hand and a lady friend.  Although it does stand on its own in a protected place, if it were to be placed in an open area, it is recommended to have it attached to a base. It is available in white or jade cast marble, or cold cast bronze, but can be made in any medium on request. If only a matt finish is desired, it is $125 less.

Note that the image shown is the original in Carrara marble.  There is presently no image of this piece in the jade medium.
